On Heidi's 20+ year journey to find healing in her own body, she has tried every modality imaginable until Coaching The Body™ provided effective pain relief. As a Coaching The Body™ practitioner I synthesize Thai Bodywork, Trigger Point Therapy and Neuroscience as it hacks the nervous system and restores pain-free movement. After that, she got certified in Baptiste Power Yoga™ and quickly realized to continue to work on bodies, she needed to get stronger. Classical Pilates drew everything together and she learned that REAL Pilates™ is the KEY to stabilizing the bodywork, becoming stronger, independent and pain-free. Through these practices, Heidi has been able to combine her love of people, anatomy and personal expression of art, yoga, pilates and dance to help folks find freedom in their lives.
