Pilates Instructor

As a young ballet dancer, Pilates was an exercise she used to prepare for class & to prevent any injuries. From the moment Deanna took her first Pilates class, she was in love. She enjoyed seeing the physical & mental changes Pilates brought to people. As an apprentice, now an instructor, & always a student, she is constantly humbled by all the knowledge gained & all the things remaining to learn. Movement is her passion, & she loves improving people’s lives one movement at a time!
